• Grape varieties: Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Rolle
• Vinification: Direct vertical pressing of whole bunches. No filtration, indigenous yeasts. Sulfites <1g/hl
• Aging: 9 months in barrels on fine lees
• Color: Pale gold
• Nose: Delicate notes of rose water, orange blossom and white peaches
• Palate: Fresh and lively wine, airy mineral with good tension. Subtle citrus aromas. Clean and direct.
