• Red wine - 11.5% vol.
• Grape varieties : Mourvèdre
• Winemaking : Vertical pressing after 4 days of maceration with 50% whole clusters and 50% destemmed. No filtration, native yeasts. Sulfites <1g/hl
• Aging : 9 months in barrels on fine lees
• Color : Purple red
• Nose : Spicy, peppery
• Palate : Light chew with aromas of morello cherry, black cherry, a hint of cocoa. Nice freshness. The older it gets, the woodier it becomes.
