• Grape varieties : Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre
• Winemaking : Vertical pressing after 15 days of maceration, 50% whole cluster and 50% destemmed. No filtration, indigenous yeasts. Sulfites <2g/hl
• Aging : 14 months in barrels on fine lees
• Color : Garnet red
• Nose : Candied small black fruits
• Palate : Gourmet cherry notes. Powerful but not tannic wine. Beautiful balance.
