• Winemaking: Vertical pressing after 2 days of maceration with 50% whole clusters and 50% destemmed. No filtration, indigenous yeasts. Sulfites <1g/hl
• Aging: 9 months in barrels on fine lees
• Color: Ruby red
• Nose: Raspberry, black cherry, and violet
• Palate: Round and mellow texture. Beautiful freshness that extends to notes of spice and pepper. Light, straightforward, and refined.
