• Vinification: vertical pressing after 7 months of whole cluster maceration. No filtration, indigenous yeasts. Sulfites <1g/hl
• Aging: 2 months in vats on fine lees
• Color: orange
• Nose: delicate notes of citrus and white peaches
• Palate: fresh and lively wine, airy mineral with a beautiful tension. Subtle citrus aromas. Clean, straight and light.
